# EPM 2.3.5.2 Non-Financial Eligibility

This subchapter includes non-financial eligibility policies. This covers eligibility factors not related to a person’s income. In general, MA-EPD follows the MA for People Who Are Age 65 or Older and People Who Are Blind or Have a Disability (MA-ABD) non-financial eligibility policies. Specific differences are indicated in the MA-EPD policies indicated below.

This subchapter includes policies that apply to Medical Assistance for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MA-EPD) and links to policies that apply to MA-ABD.
